1. INTERFACE DISCLAIMER

Portals Protocol ("the Website") provides a web-based user interface for interacting with the Portals Protocol smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. The Website is merely a visual layer. We do not control, operate, or maintain the underlying smart contracts, the Solana network, or any Portals created by third-party providers.

2. NO WARRANTY (AS-IS)

The Website and the Protocol are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available 24/7, bug-free, or secure. You use the interface at your own risk.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY & DYOR

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own research (DYOR) before interacting with any Portal.

• We do not vet, audit, or endorse any Portal listed in the registry.
• Providers are independent third parties.
• We are not responsible for any funds lost due to scams, bugs, hacks, or user error.
• You are responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators, contributors, and affiliates of Portals Protocol shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Protocol. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, data, or profits.

5. PROTOCOL & FEES

Interactions with the blockchain may incur network fees (gas) and protocol fees. These are non-refundable. We have no control over Solana network congestion or fee spikes.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
